- Signing of MOU/DA
- Planning and designing
- Obtaining various approvals
- Vacant possession by society for redevelopment
- Obtaining commencement certificate from the authorities
- Initiating development
- Completion of work on time
- Obtaining occupation certificate and Building Completion Certificate

Post-Development
- Handing over possession to society
- Formation of new society (if required) or inducting new purchasers into the existing society
- Handing over of accounts
- Handing over documents of the development, title etc.
- Final handover with execution of conveyance
