An alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, Mr. Pravin Chordia is spearheading the group with his passion for Quality and Excellence. He has a vast experience of about 12 years in the field of construction. He is a strict professional, workaholic and a hard nut to crack when it comes to work ethics. Mr. Chordia has a very reputed name in the Imitation Jewellery Business under the brand name of “Rajdhani” where they enjoy a leadership position known for its quality.

His undying passion and his keen business acumen has helped company in exploring new avenues and venturing into new vistas. Mr. Chordia believes that when the product is Right, you don’t have to be a great marketer. Mr. Chordia is looking after the Architectural Planning, Construction activities, Legal aspects and New Business Development for the Firm.

Arvind K. Marlecha

Promoter

Coming from a very humble background, Mr. Arvind Marlecha is a go getter and with him brings a lot of positivity to the group. Mr. Marlecha firmly believes that for an organization to be a market leader, it must be customer focused. He has inculcated a culture of excellence within the company.

Mr. Marlecha also hails from imitation jewellery business where they are prominent manufacturers of beautiful jewellery for all occasions. Mr. Marlecha handles the Sales and Marketing functions for the company. Mr. Marlecha is also responsible for Channel Partner relationship building. It has helped the company enter new markets with ease and confidence.

Darsh P. Shah

Promoter

Mr. Darsh Shah is a second-generation entrepreneur in the real estate sphere. Mr. Shah is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and has been a catalyst in the changing landscape of the company. He handles the liaising for our company with various government bodies and ensures that all regulatory aspects are duly complete in all respects.

Mr. Shah also believes that Accounting is the center stage for every successful business. It is therefore only apt that a key vertical of Finance and Accounting is also spearheaded by him.

Tanay J. Shah

Promoter

Mr. Tanay J Shah is a Fourth Generation Investor turned developer with a Masters in Global Business specialising in Supply Chain from S P Jain School of Global Management. Mr. Shah brings a plethora of international exposure and fresh ideas to the table. Mr. Shah brings a keen perspective to contemporary business practices. Being youngest in the team, he also bridges the gap between today’s youth and old folk.

Mr. Shah believes that there are only 2 things which are important in business, one is the deadline and the other is bottomline. His acumen and business skills are important aspect for us as he heads the Procurement for our group.
